Position Overview:
Regional School Unit No. 2 is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to serve as an Administrative Secretary at Hall-Dale High School through a job-share arrangement. This position is ideal for candidates seeking a part-time schedule while contributing to a dynamic and student-centered school environment.
The Administrative Secretary serves as a key member of the school's administrative team and is often the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and community members. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.

The successful candidate will oversee educational software platforms and district data systems & databases and be responsible for ensuring data integrity, software implementation, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security measures, and supporting users across the organization.
